Terms of Service

Welcome to Money School, an online financial-education program operated by MMWGR Group(“Money School,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the site at moneyschool.live (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Educational purpose — not financial advice

Money School is an educational program. All lessons, articles, tools, simulators, quizzes, and AI tutor responses are provided for general educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any security or product. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, bank, or financial institution. The stock simulator uses simulated prices and pretend money for practice only — it is not a brokerage account and involves no real trading or real funds. Before making any financial decision, consult a qualified, licensed professional. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions and their outcomes.

2. Who can use Money School

The Service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login and account secure and for all activity under your account. We use a passwordless email sign-in link; keep access to your email secure. Notify us at hello@moneyschool.live if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Membership, billing, and pricing

Membership is $99 to start (a one-time onboarding charge) and then $29 per month, billed automatically to your payment method until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; we do not store your full card details. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytimefrom your Profile under “Manage billing,” or by emailing hello@moneyschool.live. When you cancel, your membership stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund of your initial $99 onboarding charge within 7 days of your first payment by emailing hello@moneyschool.live. Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund rights you may have under applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

The Service and its content are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, or share your account or our content; not to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service; and not to use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, curriculum, and software are owned by MMWGR Group or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the Service for your personal learning while your membership is active.

8. AI tutor

The Service includes an AI tutor that generates responses automatically. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and should not be relied upon as professional advice. Treat it as a study aid and verify anything important.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any particular financial result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MMWGR Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
