This Privacy Policy explains how Money School, a program of MMWGR Group(“we,” “us”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use moneyschool.live (the “Service”). We keep this simple: we collect what we need to run the Service and we do not sell your personal information.

1. Information we collect

Account info — your name and email address when you sign up or join.
Payment info — handled by Stripe. We receive billing details and subscription status, but we never see or store your full card number.
Learning activity — your progress, lessons completed, quiz results, coins, streaks, simulator activity, and similar in-app data, so the program works and saves your place.
AI tutor interactions — questions you send to the AI tutor are processed to generate a response.
Usage & device data — basic, largely aggregated analytics (such as pages viewed and general device/browser type) to understand and improve the Service.
Messages — emails you send us.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service, save your progress, and personalize your learning.
To process payments and manage your membership.
To send you account, billing, and program emails (and occasional updates you can opt out of).
To improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
To comply with law and enforce our Terms.

3. Service providers we share with

We share only the information needed with trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

Stripe — payment processing and billing.
Supabase — secure database and authentication.
Vercel — hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
Resend — sending our emails.
Anthropic — powering the AI tutor responses.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember things like referral links. We use limited, privacy-respecting analytics to measure usage. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

6. Your choices and rights

You can access or update your account info, unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in any email, manage or cancel your subscription from your Profile, and request a copy or deletion of your data. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights over your personal information. To exercise any of these, email hello@moneyschool.live.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

8. Children

The Service is for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you where appropriate.
